2026 TWM Mid-Year Update

What can God do in six months? Here is a glimpse of what He has already done through Tommy Walker Ministries this year.

As we cross the halfway point of 2026, Tommy Walker Ministries (TWM) is reflecting on a season of remarkable fruitfulness. Thanks to the faithful prayers and generosity of our supporters, the first half of the year has been incredibly full and exciting.

Here is a look back at what the ministry has accomplished so far, and a preview of what is still to come.

First-Half Ministry Highlights

Reawaken: Live at Home Again

In March, TWM released a brand-new live worship album, Reawaken: Live at Home Again. The project features fourteen new songs, alongside fresh arrangements of beloved hymns and praise choruses. The central purpose of the album is to reawaken hearts to the wonder, awe, and greatness of God. The full project is currently available to watch on the TWM YouTube channel or to stream on all major music platforms.

In April, the team gathered to record the upcoming TWM Songwriters Guild album. This project is especially meaningful as it highlights eight different songwriters from the Guild, each contributing and leading one of their original songs. TWM is looking forward to sharing how God is working through these gifted worship leaders when the album officially releases later this year.

Annual Songwriters Retreat

June brought the annual Songwriters Retreat to Nashville, Tennessee. TWM hosted nine songwriters from across the United States and Canada for five days of intensive mentoring, writing, and encouragement. The week culminated in a livestream concert featuring brand-new songs written during the retreat. The event served as a beautiful reminder that God is still giving His Church new songs, and these writers returned home equipped to serve their congregations in fresh ways.

If These Walls Could Sing Documentary

June also marked the release of a deeply special project: If These Walls Could Sing. This new music documentary took the TWM team to New York City to explore the life and legacy of Fanny Crosby, as well as the story behind the beloved hymn, Blessed Assurance. More than just the history of a song, the film is a story of faith, worship, perseverance, and the incredible ways God uses a fully devoted life.

Children’s Worship Adventure Series

TWM is currently in production on a brand-new video series. This project is specifically designed to engage the next generation, helping children discover the joy of worshipping God through a fun, interactive, and faith-building format.

The TWM Songwriters Guild Album Launch

We will officially release our highly anticipated Guild album this year. Thanks to our partnership with PraiseCharts, churches worldwide will have access not only to the fresh songs of our Guild members, but also to the sheet music, chord charts, and resources needed to easily lead these songs in their local congregations.

Fall Tour in Asia & Upcoming Live Events

Nothing compares to gathering together in praise. That is why our primary focus this fall is taking our mission overseas as the TWM team travels throughout Asia! This major international outreach is designed to encourage, resource, and equip local churches and worship leaders across the region. Alongside this global tour, our team is actively planning additional live concerts to continue bringing communities together in worship throughout the rest of the year.
