TWM 2026 Songwriters Retreat

This past week, we had the privilege of hosting our annual TWM Songwriters Retreat in Nashville, Tennessee. During this special time together, ten songwriters from different parts of the world gathered to build meaningful relationships, grow spiritually, and collaborate in creating new songs for both the local and global Church.

Throughout the retreat, our songwriters were blessed with not only one-on-one opportunities to learn from and be encouraged by Tommy and the TWM team, but also by an outstanding group of special guests. This year, we had the honor of welcoming Dr. Vernon Whaley, Ed Cash, Craig Adams, Steve Adams, and Alex Morris. Their sessions covered a wide range of topics, including songwriting, leading worship with spiritual depth and authenticity, ministry leadership, and copyright and publishing matters; providing valuable insight and encouragement for every participant.

As with every retreat, the week concluded with a free public concert on Friday evening. This special event gave the songwriters the opportunity to share the songs they had written and arranged throughout the week alongside our retreat team. More than simply a showcase of newly created music, the evening became a powerful time of worship, praise, and prayer as we celebrated what God had done in and through this group of songwriters.
