This song is inspired by the account in Luke 8:43-48, in which the woman with constant bleeding reaches out to touch Jesus and is healed.
We live in desperate times; times when we are reminded that we cannot do this life in our own strength or wisdom. We need the healing touch of a powerful Savior! In prayer and in worship, let us reach out our hearts and hands to heaven, just like the woman in this story—and in faith, receive a fresh, life-giving, life-altering touch from Jesus.
